The Valet Service

The Valet Service is suited for customers who need to outsource their swimming pool needs, to free up their own time. We will provide our comprehensive industry standard testing to give us the accuracy around which chemicals to add to balance your pool. We will then add required chemicals to your pool and clean the pool as well.

If you are happy to vacuum your own pool, you will want to check out The Pool Groom service. This is essentially the same as The Valet minus the vacuum and scrub.

We recommend fortnightly visits in the summer months, and monthly visits during the winter.

What does it include?

Test pool water & water balance
Add relevant chemicals
Skim debris/leaves from pool
Clean skimmer & pump baskets
Backwash filter & rinse
Vacuum and scrub waterline
Visual on all equipment
Check and maintain your automatic pool chlorinators
Dose salt & clean salt cells
Comprehensive service sheet emailed, complete with a report of any issues.

To qualify for this pricing, you must have a regular service booking with us (either weekly, fortnightly or monthly).

Pricing is based on your pool being local to Te Rapa, Hamilton (within 20km).
– If located further than a 20km radius (from our site in Te Rapa), an additional cost will apply

Pool Clean Hamilton's service area includes the area approx 20km from our office in Te Rapa. Incorporating Hamilton City, Horsham Downs, Gordonton, Puketaha, Newstead, Matangi, Tamahere, Rukahia, Whatawhata, Te Kowhai and Horotiu.
